Cirque Mécanique

Founded in 2023, Cirque Mécanique is a newcomer to the Flemish circus scene, though that doesn't apply to its driving forces. Joris Janssens is a pioneer in the circus world, as founder of the circus school Ell Circo D'ell Fuego (2002) and the construction workshop De Machienerie vzw (2011). He combines a wide range of skills: acrobat, instructor, and creator of circus equipment, stage sets, and visual installations.
