Vilja Productions
Vilja was founded by Bram De Beul and Irina Yakousheva, both originally professional dancers who later delved into the world of circus (aerial acrobatics). Our specialty lies in combining our experience and skills from the worlds of dance, opera, and theatre — where we spent many years — with circus techniques.
We feel equally at home in the world of contemporary and more conceptual art, where we often worked as dancers, as well as in the more commercial world of musicals and TV shows such as Got Talent. In our performances, we aim to combine the best elements of both worlds: we always strive for depth, but without making it elitist or incomprehensible for the audience.
