From three STICKS (portable devices derived from Chinese pole), a dancer, a juggler and a specialist in Chinese pole approach a full cross of their disciplines. A challenge of individual and collective force that subtly involves you.

The piece begins with the discovery of a simple object and rapidly tumbles into the creation of creatures, the building of obstacles to climb through and the balancing of sticks and bodies. The sticks are controlled in order to get higher, to jump further, to move faster but in the end it’s always the question of who is moving who.

This is the very first performance of TeaTime. This performance is a meeting of three disciplines, but it is also the first meeting of these three performers.
