Maelstrom
Maelstrom is a playful and surreal story in which the performers explore the conventions of masculinity in the different ways they relate to each other. Company ALUD uses its highly technical skillset to blur the boundaries between aerial straps, partner acrobatics, dance and physical theatre.

Stirring things up with playfulness and dare, Maelstrom raises an open question to the audience: What is masculinity, anyways? Is it an identity, a hero complex, a language of strength? Does it imply care, sensibility and community? Or is it merely a label?
